- How do I know my ring size?
The best way to determine your ring size is to ask directly to a jeweller. You will always be welcomed in our shop, so we can guide you and help you in your research.
- How do I know that your jewels are authentic?
For every purchase in our shop, we give you a certificate, together with information such as the gold weight and the caratage of your stone.
- What kind of gold do you use?
As fixed by French law, Vangelder works exclusively with 18 carats gold. It is a mixture of gold, silver and copper. An ounce of 18 carats gold contains 0,75 ounce of pure gold and 0,25 ounce of other metals.
- Will you agree to make me a jewel using my stones and my own design ?
As well as working our own materials and drawings, you can trust us with your ideas and your stones. The most important thing to us is to be there to advise and guide you until you have your perfect jewel.
- Can I entrust you old family jewels in order to transform them?
Whether it is old gold that you have no use for or a family jewel that you want to restore or remodel, Vangelder is certified to transform or restore.
- Are you able to obtain a stone on demand?
Indeed, if you are looking for a special stone for the realization of a jewel, Vangelder promises to find you for the best one – in quality and value – for your design.
- Is it possible to engrave my jewel?
Absolutely yes ! If you wish to have a piece of your jewelry engraved, we remain at your entire disposal to take care of it for you.
- How can I pay?
At the shop, all the usual payments are at your disposal. It is also possible to pay by distance with your credit card and, if you desire, have your jewelry delivered to you. If you live out of Paris or abroad, Vangelder can arrange to have your jewelry delivered to you ((list of countries available on request)
- Do I qualify for free customer service?
After every purchase in our shop, as a « VANGELDER client » you are entitled to free maintenance and cleaning of your VANGELDER design. Certain repairs may also included in your client privileges.
